   2. Team Building..  A regular empathy circle to talk about developing a training.

      1. Start with some presentations. then go into an empathy circle to discuss.

      2. Team building. People have different time availability, dates/times/, experience with empathy

      3. Violeta has a lot of background with the academic concepts

      4. Have their own definitions and understandings.
